Method
All our items are either sent via Royal Mail, Fedex or DHL. We will always aim to ship items as quickly as possible however we do advise the following time scales be allowed before contacting us:
UK orders - Please allow up to 10 working days
European orders- Please allow up 15 working days
Rest of the World Orders - Please allow up to 21 working days
Returns
If, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a return and correction of your order.
If, in the rare event, you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately with details of the fault so we may arrange the return, replacement, credit note or refund of the item.
Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for refund.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations customers are entitled to a 7 working day cooling off period in which goods can be returned. If you choose to return the item within this cooling off period you will be responsible for the cost of the return carriage.
Due to hygiene considerations we cannot accept returns of earrings or other pierced type jewellery unless that item is faulty.
